Cancel in just a few clicks

You can cancel your active subscription by following these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account on https://www.paypal.com/
  2. Click on thegear icon (at the top right)
  3. Go to the section “Payments”
  4. Select “Manage your automatic payments”
  5. Click on LBCOMPANY (or on the name of the service)
  6. Press "Cancel" and confirm

⚠️ Warning: always save your data before cancelling

When you cancel a PayPal subscription, the linked service will be automatically deactivated at the end of the paid period.
At LBCOMPANY, for security and management reasons, we proceed with the permanent deletion of the service or provision within 2 hours after expiration.

This means that:

  • If you are using a hosting service, the server will be removed along with your website, files, and databases: without a backup, all content will be lost permanently.
  • If you have an active advertising campaign, the creative assets and advertising structures (groups, targeting, reports) will be deleted and will no longer be recoverable.
  • If you are using graphic design, social media management, or other services, access to the accounts and shared materials will also be removed from our systems.

👉 For this reason, we recommend that you:

  • Make a complete backup a complete backup of your website and content before cancellation
  • Save all the creative assets, images, texts, reports, or advertising structures
  • Contact us if you have any questions about what to save or how to do it

Once the service is cancelled, it will not be possible to recover the data.
